How far in advance do I need to book my taxi?
At the moment we need a minimum of 15 minutes before you want to start your ride. We're working on reducing this even more.
Can I change/cancel my booking?
Please let us know atleast half hours in advance so we can make changes to the booking or cancel the taxicab booking for you.
What is a luxury sedan taxi?
A luxury sedan can hold upto 4 passengers.
What is a luxury wagon?
A luxury wagon can hold upto 4 passengers and extra luggage.
I want to book a maxitaxi/van/minibus?
At this stage we do not have maxitaxi/van/minibus in our fleet.
How many passengers does one taxi hold?
Maximum upto 4 passengers.

No. We do not have any minicabs.

Are there any extra charges to book a taxi?
No, there are no extra charges to book a taxi.
Is the charge per person?
No, the charge is per taxi ride.
Can I pay in cash/credit card/cab charge?
Yes, We accept all type of credit card, cab charges and cash.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, the drivers carry fully automatic system that print reciept in their vehicles.
I want to pay in advance?
Yes, You can pay in advance, pre-pay is available in all taxi cabs in melbourne.
Do the taxicabs have fare meter fitted?
Do you operate a fixed price policy?
There are taxi meter fitted in taxi but we can come to agree on a fixed price before the trip begin.
Do I need to pay my fare in advance?
No, we do not take any taxi fare in advance, you must pay the whole fare to your driver.
Any extra charges on Christmas or New Years day?
Yes, On Christmas day and New Years day there is 20% extra charge.
Is the tip included in the fare?
No, The tip is not included in the fare. You can tip the driver while paying fare.
Do the taxis have child seats?
No taxis do not have child seats. It will be available upon request.
How can I get a child seat in a taxi?
It will be available upon request. You can request one while booking a cab.
What are the rules of having child seats in taxi?
Children under 12 months do not have to use a child restraint, seat or capsule in a taxi providing
your child travels in the back seat

In most terminals drivers wait in front of the airport information desk or at the exit doors.
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, You will not be charged extra because we are always online with the flight information center to get updates on flight details but if your flight is changed or cancelled you need to update us immediately with updated information.
What if there is any date change, delay or what if i catch an earlier or later flight?

You will be given a phone number to contact the driver.

You can let us know when you are booking a cab. We will arrange taxi which is best suitable for you.

We cover Melbourne/Tullamarine, Essendon, Moorrabin, Avalon Airport.
Do the drivers smoke in their cabs?
No, Our Cabs and drivers are smoke free.
I have lost my luggage, what should i do?
You need to contact the flight information desk in case you lost your luggage.
I've lost something in one of your cabs?
You can contact us as soon as possible. Our drivers are very responsible in taking care of your lost property.
